there are only a few basic  rules:

* respect your fellow boarder: a stupid question does not exist.
* don't curse or swear: some people find this offensive.
* don't link to illegal stuff, like ROMS and warez.
* don't advertise yourself or your site with bad taste.


* be kind to children and animals.
* smile everyday.
